För att företag i Sjuhärad långsiktigt ska försörjas med rätt kompetens startades projektet 7H Kompetens med finansiering från Boråsregionen som huvud finansiär och där Västragötaland, Högskolan i Borås och HoloHouse är medfinansierärer. I 7H Kompetens arbetar HoloHouse med en utvald grupp företag för att skapa hållbara kompetensförsörjningsprogram för framtiden. Deltagandet är kostnadsfritt och bygger på fem steg som genomförs under 2021 för att stärka de medverkandes företagsverksamheter och värdeerbjudande.

Vi väljer ut företag utifrån verksamhetens profil, storlek och behov. Intresse anmäls till miriam@holohouse.se och urvalsprocessen sker i samråd med projektets styrgrupp och samarbetspartners.
During 2020 we selected companies participating in the program and identified other interesting cooperation partners.
During 2021 we roll out the competency programs and enroll the selected companies. We implement the various steps of the program, including targeted student projects including traineeships, short assignments and thesis assignments. All companies take an e-learning course on sustainability and competency.
During the programs third year we scale up all the steps of the program and enroll new companies. We ameliorate the programs based on the feedback we gotten from the previous year.
