Recession, shifting political agendas, global unrest, stricter regulations and guidelines from the EU, an exponentially evolving energy sector, advanced digitalization, and increased awareness among the general public – a lot is happening, and incredibly fast, in the field of sustainability. Where is my pony is looking for one or more students to conduct an extensive environmental analysis and future forecasting. The project focuses on analyzing the current and future challenges within sustainability from a business economics perspective. This includes examining the effects of stricter regulations and guidelines from the EU, changes in the energy sector, and increasing digitalization.
Tasks
- Conduct a literature review on sustainable communication and design.
- Interview industry experts and analyze current trends.
- Develop new concepts and strategies to improve the agency's sustainability focus.
- Evaluate the effects of various sustainability initiatives and propose improvements.
- Perform a detailed analysis of how external factors such as economic cycles, political changes, and technological development impact sustainability efforts.

- Conduct a competitive analysis to identify how Where is my pony can differentiate itself and develop strategically within the industry.
