En av f\u00f6r\u00e4ndringarna \u00e4r att Martin Alm tar \u00f6ver Mattias Dahls roll som styrelseordf\u00f6rande. Han var ledamot i styrelsen innan s\u00e5 Martin \u00e4r redan insatt i HoloHouse v\u00e4rderingar. Med den nya rollen s\u00e5 kommer det h\u00e4r en introduktion av Martin Alm, var han kommer ifr\u00e5n och vad han kommer att bist\u00e5 med i framtiden.<\/p>\n<p><\/p>\n<p><strong>Vem \u00e4r Martin Alm?<\/strong>\u00a0<\/p>\n<p><\/p>\n<p>F\u00f6rst och fr\u00e4mst har jag en bakgrund inom f\u00f6reningslivet, s\u00e4rskilt inom idrott och handboll. Jag \u00e4r \u00e4ven alumn fr\u00e5n SMIL-programmet p\u00e5 Handelsh\u00f6gskolan i G\u00f6teborg, d\u00e4r jag tog examen i Milj\u00f6vetenskap och f\u00f6retagsekonomi. H\u00e5llbarhet har alltid varit en passion f\u00f6r mig! Professionellt har jag arbetat med h\u00e5llbarhet fr\u00e5n flera perspektiv, allt fr\u00e5n att minska matsvinn som entrepren\u00f6r till att r\u00e5dgiva om strategiska h\u00e5llbarhetsfr\u00e5gor. Och s\u00e5 \u00e4lskar jag mat &amp; vin v\u00e4ldigt mycket!<\/p>\n<p><\/p>\n<p><strong>Vart jobbar du och \u00e4ven vad jobbar du med?<\/strong>\u00a0<\/p>\n<p><\/p>\n<p>Jag \u00e4r faktiskt mitt i ett byte av arbetsplats! Just nu arbetar jag som h\u00e5llbarhetsstrateg och projektledare p\u00e5 kommunikationsbyr\u00e5n Where is my pony, d\u00e4r jag de senaste tv\u00e5 \u00e5ren har st\u00f6ttat f\u00f6retag och organisationer med h\u00e5llbarhets- och kommunikationsutmaningar, tillsammans med v\u00e5r tidigare ordf\u00f6rande Mattias Dahl. I slutet av maj b\u00f6rjar jag p\u00e5 Stratsys, d\u00e4r jag kommer att arbeta med deras ESG-produkter, med fokus p\u00e5 h\u00e5llbarhetsrapportering och datainsamling. Det k\u00e4nns otroligt sp\u00e4nnande!<\/p>\n<p><\/p>\n<p><strong>Hur l\u00e4nge har du varit aktiv i HoloHouse?<\/strong>\u00a0<\/p>\n<p><\/p>\n<p>Jag har haft mycket kontakt med HoloHouse, b\u00e5de som student och i min yrkesroll. Det b\u00f6rjade med ett studentprojekt f\u00f6r n\u00e5gra \u00e5r sedan, och sedan har vi f\u00f6ljt varandra genom \u00e5ren. F\u00f6r ett par \u00e5r sedan blev jag invald som studentrepresentant, sedan som ordinarie ledamot, och nu f\u00e5r jag f\u00f6rtroendet att ta p\u00e5 mig rollen som ordf\u00f6rande. Ett hedersamt uppdrag i en f\u00f6rening som skapar s\u00e5 mycket v\u00e4rde!<\/p>\n<p><\/p>\n<p><strong>Vilka f\u00f6rhoppningar\u00a0 och utmaningar ser du den n\u00e4rmsta framtiden f\u00f6r HoloHouse?<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><\/p>\n<p>Min f\u00f6rhoppning \u00e4r att vi forts\u00e4tter skapa meningsfulla m\u00f6ten mellan m\u00e4nniskor, n\u00e4ringsliv och akademi, vilket alltid har varit k\u00e4rnan i f\u00f6reningen och k\u00e4nns \u00e4nnu mer aktuellt idag. Jag hoppas ocks\u00e5 att vi ska kunna ta nya steg och s\u00e4tta en strategisk riktning fram\u00e5t, d\u00e4r vi forts\u00e4tter att addera v\u00e4rde och bidra till en h\u00e5llbar utveckling. Vi st\u00e5r inf\u00f6r en f\u00f6r\u00e4ndringsperiod nu n\u00e4r b\u00e5de Miriam och Mattias l\u00e4mnar viktiga poster. Miriam, som drivit f\u00f6reningen fram\u00e5t med stor kompetens och engagemang, kommer att vara mycket saknad.
