De olika stegen i $2<\/a>sprogrammet inom projektet 7H Kompetens<\/strong><\/p>\n

$2<\/a><\/strong><\/p>\n

2020 was a year of action at HoloHouse. We launched our e-learning program on innovation and sustainability: \"HoloScope\". We also had help from students at the University of Gothenburg to develop a supplementary module on competence supply. This part of the program identified a competency supply gap and gave tools and incentives to close the gap. HoloScope<\/a>The complete e-learning program aimed at increasing the knowledge and perspective on sustainability at company level, create a commonly understood language of what sustainability means for you, identify ideas for new products, business models and agree on an action plan to reach set goals.<\/p>\n

Needs Analysis<\/strong><\/p>\n

The competence supply programs also contain a needs analysis which consists of three parts: the operations, the business model and supply chain and competency supply coupled with sustainability and innovation. The needs analysis aims at providing a broader picture, thinking out of the box, to set course for new goals and opportunities that will be dealt with in the competency supply program.<\/p>\n

Booster<\/strong><\/p>\n

Som n\u00e4sta steg i kompetensf\u00f6rs\u00f6rjningsprogrammet f\u00e5r man delta i konceptet Booster. Som namnet antyder \u00e4r detta ett s\u00e4tt att boosta id\u00e9er genom att presentera n\u00e5gon av de utmaningar man tampas med och sedan l\u00e5ta dem g\u00e5 igenom en grupp $2<\/a>er som med blandade bakgrunder och egna perspektiv tar fram f\u00f6rslag p\u00e5 l\u00f6sningar, nya id\u00e9er och rekommendationer f\u00f6r hur f\u00f6retaget kan ta sig fram\u00e5t med utmaningen. Konceptet har genomf\u00f6rts under flera omg\u00e5ngar i flera \u00e5r med intressant och givande resultat f\u00f6r b\u00e5de studenter och f\u00f6retag. Ett uppskattat moment \u00e4r det att man \u00e4ven f\u00e5r ta dela av andra f\u00f6retags utmaningar och l\u00f6sningsf\u00f6rslag, det blir ett s\u00e4tt att inspireras av varandra.<\/p>\n

Student power<\/strong><\/p>\n

I denna del av kompetensf\u00f6rs\u00f6rjningsprogrammet hj\u00e4lps vi \u00e5t att ta fram en insats som passar just er. Var beh\u00f6ver ni extra st\u00f6d och muskler? Vilken utmaning beh\u00f6ver f\u00e5 en ordentlig knuff f\u00f6r att komma i m\u00e5l? Vi formulerar, rekryterar och coachar studenter f\u00f6r att m\u00f6ta ert specifika behov. Behovet kan m\u00f6tas genom att ta emot en $2<\/a>ant som kommer in med nya perspektiv, ett unders\u00f6kande examensarbete, ett kortare ideellt uppdrag eller genom att bli en del i samarbetet med en av v\u00e5ra m\u00e5nga universitetskurser.<\/p>\n

Closure event and evaluation<\/strong><\/p>\n

At the end of the competency supply program, normally around beginning of December, all participating companies and students are invited to a joint closing event where we exchange findings, solutions, results but also evaluate the value for the companies and the students.<\/p>\n

From vision to action!<\/strong><\/p>\n

One of the companies that have implemented the competency supply program is Tranemo Metal, a producer of molds in metal, normally used in the food and beverage industry. They used the program and a number of student interventions to set a sustainability strategy and proceed with the first steps. These inverventions can be grouped into the following steps.<\/p>\n
