F\u00f6r att skapa de r\u00e4tta f\u00f6ruts\u00e4ttningarna i en h\u00e5llbar omst\u00e4llning kr\u00e4vs samverkan och konkreta verktyg skr\u00e4ddarsydda f\u00f6r att passa respektive akt\u00f6r.\u00a0Tillsammans med n\u00e4ringslivet och akademin p\u00e5b\u00f6rjade HoloHouse arbetet 2020 i Bor\u00e5sregionen med det d\u00e5 tre\u00e5riga projektet 7H Kompetens. Ett 50-tal f\u00f6retag deltog och testade metoderna f\u00f6r l\u00e5ngsiktig kompetensf\u00f6rs\u00f6rjning som utvecklades under projektet. Kunskap och kompetens inom h\u00e5llbarhet stod 250 studenter f\u00f6r fr\u00e5n fyra v\u00e4stsvenska l\u00e4ros\u00e4ten. Resultaten tas nu vidare i 7H Kompetens 2.0 f\u00f6r att involvera fler akt\u00f6rer.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<div style=\"height:40px\" aria-hidden=\"true\" class=\"wp-block-spacer\"><\/div>\n\n\n\n<hr class=\"wp-block-separator has-alpha-channel-opacity is-style-default\"\/>\n\n\n\n<div style=\"height:40px\" aria-hidden=\"true\" class=\"wp-block-spacer\"><\/div>\n\n\n\n<div class=\"wp-block-columns is-layout-flex wp-container-core-columns-is-layout-28f84493 wp-block-columns-is-layout-flex\">\n<div class=\"wp-block-column is-layout-flow wp-block-column-is-layout-flow\" style=\"flex-basis:59%\">\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Projektdeltagare<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>7H Kompetens riktade sig i f\u00f6rsta hand till f\u00f6retag och studenter. Genom projektets olika insatser samverkade de f\u00f6r att hitta l\u00f6sningar p\u00e5 olika lokala och globala utmaningar. Ett s\u00e4tt var att l\u00e5ta studenter till\u00e4mpa sina teoretiska kunskaper i praktiken utifr\u00e5n identifierade behov. Under projektet deltog totalt 57 f\u00f6retag och 250 studenter. Programmet inneh\u00f6ll:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Behovsanalyser <\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Tillg\u00e5ng till digital kompetensf\u00f6rs\u00f6rjningsutbildning med h\u00e5llbarhetsfokus via e-learningplattformen Sustainactivity. Plattformen utvecklade vi parallellt med projektet. Syftet \u00e4r att samtliga inom f\u00f6retaget oavsett roll ska rustas med kunskap om de <a href=\"https:\/\/www.globalamalen.se\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">globala m\u00e5len<\/a>. Med en gemensam grund kan alla vara med och bidra till nya h\u00e5llbara aff\u00e4rsid\u00e9er. F\u00f6r att minska gapet av h\u00e5llbarhetskompetens ytterligare inneh\u00f6ll den \u00e4ven en guide till kompetenskartl\u00e4ggning.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Utifr\u00e5n behovsanalys och kompetenskartl\u00e4ggning erbj\u00f6ds studentsamverkan i form av examensarbeten, praktik och kurssamarbeten. \u00c4ven konceptet Booster d\u00e4r f\u00f6retag och studenter med olika utbildningsbakgrund jobbar med utmaningar utifr\u00e5n ett givet tema.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Utv\u00e4rdering<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Avslutande event f\u00f6r utbyte av erfarenheter.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<div style=\"height:20px\" aria-hidden=\"true\" class=\"wp-block-spacer\"><\/div>\n\n\n\n<p>D\u00e5 flera f\u00f6retag redan var involverade fr\u00e5n b\u00f6rjan kunde vi testa programmet redan under f\u00f6rsta \u00e5ret, samt att flera studentprojekt genomf\u00f6rdes.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<div style=\"height:20px\" aria-hidden=\"true\" class=\"wp-block-spacer\"><\/div>\n\n\n\n<h4 class=\"wp-block-heading\">2021<\/h4>\n\n\n\n<p>Nu b\u00f6rjade projektet ta fart och genomf\u00f6rdes under \u00e5ret \u00f6ver f\u00f6rv\u00e4ntan trots fortsatta begr\u00e4nsningar till f\u00f6ljd av pandemin Covid-19. Det genomf\u00f6rdes m\u00e5nga studentprojekt som engagerade studenter och f\u00f6retag. Projektet bidrog till anst\u00e4llningsbarheten hos studenterna som samlade p\u00e5 sig massor av erfarenheter. F\u00f6retagen fick se prov p\u00e5 den kunskap och kompetens som studenterna besitter.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Ett gott exempel \u00e4r Nanny Thorman vars praktik p\u00e5 det Bor\u00e5sbaserade f\u00f6retaget <a href=\"https:\/\/www.lunamicro.se\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">LunaMicro<\/a> ledde till anst\u00e4llning. Hon har examen som textilingenj\u00f6r och master inom resurs\u00e5tervinning fr\u00e5n <a href=\"https:\/\/www.hb.se\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">H\u00f6gskolan i Bor\u00e5s<\/a>. <\/p>\n<\/div>\n\n\n\n<div class=\"wp-block-column is-layout-flow wp-block-column-is-layout-flow\" style=\"flex-basis:1%\"><\/div>\n\n\n\n<div class=\"wp-block-column has-background is-layout-flow wp-block-column-is-layout-flow\" style=\"background-color:#bfe8eb;flex-basis:40%\">\n<p class=\"has-background has-small-font-size\" style=\"background-color:#bfe8eb\"><strong>Fakta om v\u00e5ra kompetensf\u00f6rs\u00f6rjningsprojekt i Bor\u00e5sregionen<\/strong>: <br> <br>Projekten finansieras av <a href=\"https:\/\/www.borasregionen.se\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">Bor\u00e5sregionen<\/a> and <a href=\"https:\/\/www.vgregion.se\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">V\u00e4stra G\u00f6talandsregionen<\/a>, och syftar till att minska gapet till specifik kompetens inom h\u00e5llbarhet som \u00e4r n\u00f6dv\u00e4ndig n\u00e4r kommuner och f\u00f6retags st\u00e4ller om. H\u00e4r var det fr\u00e4mst kurssamarbeten p\u00e5 H\u00f6gskolan i Bor\u00e5s som lockade. Studenter gjorde \u00e4ven praktik inom projektet och st\u00f6ttade upp p\u00e5 olika s\u00e4tt n\u00e4r oms\u00e4ttningen av b\u00e5de f\u00f6retag och studenter hade \u00f6kat markant. Vi genomf\u00f6rde \u00e4ven en lyckad Booster som denna g\u00e5ng hade fokus p\u00e5 social h\u00e5llbarhet.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<div style=\"height:20px\" aria-hidden=\"true\" class=\"wp-block-spacer\"><\/div>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Avslutande event<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>F\u00f6r att maximera nyttan valde vi att genomf\u00f6ra v\u00e5rt avslutande event ihop med det speglande systerprojektet H\u00e5ll Ut! Detta f\u00f6r att dela och sprida erfarenheter fr\u00e5n respektive projekt och l\u00e4gga en bra grund f\u00f6r fortsatt arbete.&nbsp;H\u00e4r blandades goda exempel med presentationer om de metoder och verktyg som skapats. Projektet fokuserar fortsatt p\u00e5 de kompetensbehov som beskrivits i <a href=\"https:\/\/www.borasregionen.se\/download\/18.707c9adb183238f62e6cc2e3\/1663573983889\/Behovsanalys%20av%20n%C3%A4ringslivets%20behov%20i%20Sjuh%C3%A4rad.pdf\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">Behovsanalys n\u00e4ringslivet i Sjuh\u00e4rad 2022<\/a>, <a href=\"https:\/\/www.borasregionen.se\/var-verksamhet\/regional-utveckling\/utvecklingsstrategi-for-sjuharad-2021---2030.html\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">Utvecklingsstrategi f\u00f6r Sjuh\u00e4rad 2021-2030<\/a> and <a href=\"https:\/\/www.vgregion.se\/regional-utveckling\/regional-utvecklingsstrategi\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">RUS:en f\u00f6r 2021-2030<\/a>. Projektet \u00e4r tv\u00e5\u00e5rigt och syftar att st\u00e4rka f\u00f6retags konkurrenskraft, innovationsf\u00f6rm\u00e5ga samt kommuners position som arbetsgivare och m\u00f6jligg\u00f6rare f\u00f6r en effektfull omst\u00e4llning till ett h\u00e5llbart samh\u00e4lle. Vi kommer genomf\u00f6ra tv\u00e5 olika paket med insatser:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>1) Kompetensf\u00f6rs\u00f6rjningsprogram med digital utbildning inom h\u00e5llbarhet och innovation samt kompetenskartl\u00e4ggning, behovsanalys, studentprojekt och avslutsevent.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>2) Kunskapsh\u00f6jning av kommuner inom h\u00e5llbarhet innovation och cirkul\u00e4r ekonomi f\u00f6r att bidra till att de skapar f\u00f6ruts\u00e4ttningar f\u00f6r ut\u00f6kat fokus p\u00e5 h\u00e5llbarhet i kommunerna. Kommunerna erbjuds tillg\u00e5ng till den verktygsl\u00e5da som projektet H\u00e5ll ut! tagit fram och som bland annat innefattar den digitala utbildningen \u201dKommunlinsen Agenda 2030\u201d, likt den f\u00f6r f\u00f6retag men utifr\u00e5n kommuners perspektiv.
