Company introduction<\/h2>\n

Waste \u00e4r en restaurang i Johanneberg, G\u00f6teborg, som inte bara \u00e4r en restaurang. Genom en rad nyt\u00e4nkande aktiviteter, som genomf\u00f6rs f\u00f6r att skapa mer h\u00e5llbara matvanor, \u00e4r Wastes grundid\u00e9 att driva p\u00e5 beteendef\u00f6r\u00e4ndring hos sina g\u00e4ster och leverant\u00f6rer \u2013 b\u00e5de i och utanf\u00f6r restaurangen. Kockarna \u00e4r dessutom riktigt innovativa och skapar matupplevelser som \u00e4r b\u00e5de smakrika och h\u00e4lsosamma.<\/p>\n

M\u00e5let med Waste \u00e4r inte att sticka ut, utan att det ska bli ett normalt s\u00e4tt att driva restaurang p\u00e5. Visst l\u00e5ter det som ett koncept som borde skalas upp?<\/p>\n

Assignment<\/h2>\n

Sedan uppstart \u00e5r 2019 har Waste-teamet drivit p\u00e5 nya initiativ utifr\u00e5n den filosofi som st\u00e5r till grund f\u00f6r restaurangen. Alla \u00e4r med p\u00e5 samma t\u00e5g, men visionen och kreativiteten sitter mycket i teamets huvuden och finns inte nedskriven n\u00e5gonstans. D\u00e4rf\u00f6r g\u00e5r inte heller initiativet att m\u00e4ta eller f\u00f6lja upp. Det h\u00e4r $2<\/a>$2<\/a>-uppdraget g\u00e5r ut p\u00e5 att, tillsammans med aff\u00e4rsutvecklare inom h\u00e5llbarhet p\u00e5 $2<\/a>, koka ner och manifestera vad det \u00e4r Waste faktiskt st\u00e5r f\u00f6r och vad de g\u00f6r.<\/p>\n

Den b\u00e4rande id\u00e9n har all potential f\u00f6r att skalas upp f\u00f6r att Waste ska finnas p\u00e5 fler st\u00e4llen. Men f\u00f6r att kunna g\u00f6ra det s\u00e5 beh\u00f6ver vi s\u00e4tta p\u00e5 pr\u00e4nt och konkretisera vad Waste \u00e4r. Framf\u00f6r allt genom att:<\/p>\n

Definiera ett VARF\u00d6R
<\/strong>Vilken i Wastes orubbliga polstj\u00e4rna? Vad \u00e4r egentligen filosofin? H\u00e4r s\u00e4tter vi ett manifest som all Wastes aktivitet ska g\u00e5 emot.<\/p>\n

Konkretisera HUR
<\/em><\/strong>Hur skapar Waste v\u00e4rde f\u00f6r att g\u00e5 mot polstj\u00e4rnan? T.ex:
\u2013  All mat vi lagar \u00e4r av h\u00e5llbara r\u00e5varor som kommer fr\u00e5n\u2026
\u2013  V\u00e5ra menyer skapar beteendef\u00f6r\u00e4ndring genom att\u2026
\u2013  V\u00e5r personal \u00e4ndrar g\u00e4sternas beteenden genom att\u2026<\/p>\n

Summera VAD
<\/em><\/strong>Vad \u00e4r det Waste g\u00f6r? H\u00e4r bryter vi ner hela organisationens aktiviteter och identifierar data p\u00e5 vad som gjorts tidigare. Sedan analyserar vi den historiska datan och visar p\u00e5 vilka effekter dessa aktiviteter haft de senaste 2 \u00e5ren. G\u00e5r aktiviteterna mot visionen?<\/p>\n

Key Performance Indicators (KPI)
<\/strong>Den sista byggsten i projektet \u00e4r att identifiera ett f\u00e5tal skarpa KPIer<\/em><\/strong> f\u00f6r Waste som kan anv\u00e4ndas offentligt. Dessa KPIer ska kunna m\u00e4tas med traditionella data, men kommuniceras ut\u00e5t mot g\u00e4sterna p\u00e5 ett simplifierat, incitament-baserat och visuellt medryckande s\u00e4tt.<\/a><\/a><\/a>UppdragsgivareWasteF\u00f6rkunskaperVi s\u00f6ker dig som \u00e4r driven, analytisk och nyfiken samt pluggar ekonomi, management, kommunikation och\/eller aff\u00e4rsutveckling. Du har ett intresse f\u00f6r h\u00e5llbarhetsfr\u00e5gor och vi ser g\u00e4rna att du \u00e4ven \u00e4r duktig p\u00e5 att presentera resultat p\u00e5 visuellt attraktiva vis.OmfattningVi s\u00f6ker tv\u00e5 studenter som vi rekryterar och arvoderar som studentkonsulter.
